i tried to submit a music in the audio portal it says that it must have 44.1 Hz and that sound as only 22.1 Hz or something like that.
Please tell me what the hell i must do to submit this sounds

Yeah... The flash movie program is Xpensive i dont have that $ and i cant download it for free. i think u have to more 12 years to my next flash ^^;

I am new at NG learned a bit how to do flash movies but I still don't now how send them. And I have bad gramar too. I haven't the minum fuck'in idea how send the flashmovies!!!
